WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR WIG APPOINTMENT

During your wig experience, we strive to deliver a professional, caring, and relaxing environment. Whether you’re managing hair loss or looking for a fun piece to wear, we’ll confidentially consult with you to help you make decisions about your hair with integrity and compassion.

Prior to delivering services, you’ll receive a free, confidential consultation to discuss your needs and goals with your provider. Our hope is that our honest, caring professionalism exceeds your expectations and supports you in identifying a plan that works for you.

Once you and your provider have determined how to move forward, you’ll work together to select a wig or hairpiece that will be custom fitted and custom cut to give you the results you’re looking for. Along the way, your provider will educate you about how to take care of your new hair, highlighting tips and tricks to keep it looking good for the long-haul.

Clients are encouraged to come back to receive cutting, cleansing, steaming, and lace repair services as needed.
